There are times when I sit to write

There’s no thinking, it just feels right

But other times when I attempt a piece

All my thoughts just seem to cease

I think my hardest about what to say

But I think it will be just a wasted day

So many images spinning in my mind

But not one single word there do I find

That single thought now way off track

I’m having series doubts I’ll get it back

Just when I feel like tossing my pen

A new thought pops up and I start again.
