I don't dwell much these days

It seems that the only point is the one right in front of me

Healthy habits help keep me of sound mind and soul 

I know when I'm not doing well when my poster becomes poor

Then I have to pay attention

And give attention to myself

Maintaining a healthy system relies on a lot of things

Money seems to be the most helpful at times

Though I have learned to take faith in that what I need will come to me when I need it.

Taking faith in this was the hardest thing I had to do

There is so much fear that surrounds letting go of control

Seeing the opportunities, and choosing the path to take has also been tricky

Once I learned that the light only creates, gives life, and brings joy, the choice was simple

Seeing for me, is believing

I have seen enough to know

It's been over 7years

At times it's been tight

But my life still continues to grow with the light

And all that I have to do is to thank God
