We and the Adamant COVID

entry picture

Our lives like a sinusoidal graph

Happiness short-lived than half,

We are all anxious

Of the future ahead

Taking the lives of millions,

It still yearns for more,

And has shaken the world

To the core

As if not enough though,

It keeps mutating in a row,

Coming up with more pals(black fungus, parosmia, strokes)

It has made people a toast

For they have been its host

Making medicines out of stock,

It has created a ‘black market’ havoc

Having made us all prey for it

Has given us a huge hit

Vaccines are the only way out

From this dreadful drought,

This is a war to be fought

And the victory is together brought

covid-19pandemic

This is my second poem about COVID-19, it emphasizes more on things that happened around the world when COVID-19 was at its peak
