Foyle Young Poets of the Year award open for entries in 25th year

The Poetry Society’s 2023 Foyle Young Poets of the year award has opened for entries. This year’s judges are Jonathan Edwards and Jane Yeh, and 2023 marks the award’s 25th anniversary. The free UK and international competition is open to 11-17-year-olds, and the closing date is 31 July. This year’s top 15 winners and 85 commended poets will be announced at an awards ceremony in autumn 2023 and will have their poems published in an anthology in March 2024. More details
