The cool sun rises in the east
too distant to warm up the air
Breath is exhaled as wisps of smoke
from nostrils of this gentle mare

The early day feels brisk and fresh
engulfed by winter’s cold embrace 
A calm and serene morning scene
full of nature’s elegant grace
