Thanks John, these posts are taken from videos shared on Twitter by Dr Amir Khan. He writes inspirational posts each day using wonderful words. I try take those words and put them into a poem. I have his permission and have been doing this for over a year. Sometimes I don’t need to change very much and sometimes I add quite a bit. I can’t really take any credit for them. Jx
