Learning Curve

To domesticate happenings

Into some narrative arc,

Is to abdicate acceptance

Of the vagaries of chance,

To skip entire chapters

On the learning curve

Of love, which demands

A pace of leisure, till

The conditions fall away,

The chips where they must.

How very true, Holden. As usual, a powerful, skilful examination of complex issues. 😀
