It’s been a long stormy weekend 
Dudley, Eunice and then Franklin 
Trees came down, rivers burst their banks
and the 02 roof came crashing in

Today the sun came out to play
encouraging the spring flowers 
We took a walk in the sunshine 
with no threat of heavy showers 

What a difference a day makes 
how quickly the storms blow away
The destruction they left behind 
seen across country the today
