Autumn trees razzle dazzle
in vibrant shades of copper and gold 
A last blast of warm colour
before the chill of winter takes hold

The harsh wind whips up a storm
the season ends in a wild frenzy
To mark this grand finale 
leaves fall like glittering confetti
