In response to the Government's draconian emergency budget, the 'Recusant' will be compiling an oppositional e-anthology which will be circulated to newspapers, journals and Government auspices. If you would like to contribute any poems or polemical statements against the Budget's gratuitous Welfare and Public Sector cuts, or on the subject of the Banking Crisis, please email them to therecusant@yahoo.co.uk.
