He saw her giving him the once over,

She looked at him once,it was all over.

She said she was seeing another man,

Roy took her to the opticians in his van.

Or "Tubby "as I often lovingly did refer."

Roy a recovering alchoholic went through hell,

She took the bottle opener with her as well.

 

It broke Roy's heart in two,

To know she'd been untrue.

Roy full of regret said "Can I come too ?
