She was paper. She had been written on, erased, crumpled and ripped into pieces. And she was... beautiful... Beautiful despite the indents left by those who wrote too hard and erased too carelessly. Beautiful despite the many rips and creases she gave herself in fear of never being beautiful. He was tape. He had been used, removed, and torn. And he was... stunning... Stunning despite the pieces of him missing from those who were just too careless. Stunning despite the small pieces of paper that remained stuck to him from the relationships that simply went too deep. Together, they were indestructible. He held her together and she filled in his gaps. They completed each other. Two imperfections combined to create one amazingly perfect... imperfection...
