"Pocket Horizons" Poetry evening

Local poetry group Nevada Street Poets (Richard Barnett, Mick Delap, Malene Engelund, Dominic McLoughlin, Lorraine Mariner, Sarah Westcott and Kelley Swain) will read from their pamphlet "Pocket Horizons", illustrated by artist Cassie Herschel-Shorland, whose work will be on show.
Poems and illustrations were inspired by particular scientific objects from the Whipple Museum in Cambridge and the Wellcome Trust's collection.
The evening will include discussion of the writing of the poems and creation of the artworks, and readings of science inspired poems by other local poets.
Entry: £5/4 interval drinks
