My Mind
My mind is a racing car and you are the road
Bending and swerving me around
My mind is a hurricane strong and hurtling
You are an obstacle
Who doesn’t deserve it
My mind is a cheetah
Who’ll outrun your advances
Don’t try to catch me I’m far from your glances
My mind is a canyon
Watch me fly
As I tip off the edge
And descend.
My dive.
