In the deep darkness
I seek him
Walking
Running
Stumbling
My blood-stained feet cannot stop
Must not stop searching for him
In the dark night

Death
I love him
I adore him
I look forward to the day I shall meet him
To throw myself into his arms
To rest my head upon his shoulder
And relax
Inhaling his breath
Basking in the warmth of his lap
Darkness is gone
