Delivering poems to a live audience effectively isn’t as simple as reading words from a quivering page. This isn’t radio; every action in the spotlight conveys information to those before you. Focusing on visual aesthetics of performance, guest facilitator Nick Field will enhance awareness of physicality on stage through a series of exercises designed to polish presence and increase confidence, introducing strategies for making body language compliment and punctuate poetry.
