A new seasonal installment from house poets ‘Young Identity’. More than an interactive poetry slam this will be a boisterous night of word, music and visual art. Young Identity presents two slams for ages 13-17 and 18+. There will be only eight slots for each slam (details on how to apply will be disclosed soon). Measured by the one-of-a-kind, man-sized egg timer each contender will battle for the glory and the scrabble-tiled crown! Come write on the tables, be a muse for the live artist, get down with the raw jam band and most importantly – witness the purest talent from good old Mancunia.
Two guest poets and one member of the public will be judges, entry prices: £5/£3,
Inna Voice and Ape Cult will be performing and Bethany Hermitt will be the live artists.
