Tongue Fu kicks off the Summer season in extraordinary company on May 10th with poets and writers performing as always, to sublime improvised soundtracks from the Tongue Fu band (Nostalgia 77).

John Sinclair - Former manager of MC5, Jazz writer, leader of White Panthers, eponymous subject of John Lennon’s song, a ‘new poet’ of 1965 Berkeley Poetry Conference alongside Allen Ginsberg, Gary Snyder et al. A pioneer.

Ross Sutherland – Twisted genius wordsmithery from Aisle 16’s most left lurching ultra-charming uber-wit who’s worked with BBC Radio 4, The Science Museum, Warp Films and NME. A nutter

Femi Martin – Flash fiction and beautifully crafted performance from the Dickens 2012 Young Writer in Residence whose recent gigs include The Royal Court and The Southbank. A mirror.
