Wioletta Grzegorzewska, a Polish-born poet living and writing on the Isle of Wight, will be appears to promote 'Smena's Memory', her latest collection of poems in English translation.
The event will be co-hosted by Dr Ursula Chowaniec from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies and Marek Kazmierski, the translator and publisher of the book.
The event will include live poetry readings organised by Steven J. Fowler of the Maintenant Project, focusing on contemporary European poetry in translation. Poets appearing include Tim Atkins, Gabriele Labanauskaite, Marcus Slease and Patrick Coyle.
