Biscuit Publishing celebrates prize-winning poetry and short fiction with the launch of two major debut collections.
Tom Bryan was born in Canada and comes from an Irish-Canadian homesteading background. In 2010 he won first prize in the Biscuit International Short Fiction Competition. The Bridge Keeper’s Log Book is his first full collection of short fiction.
Gordon Simms, poet and retired dramatist, lives in France. In 2011 he won the Biscuit Poetry Challenge, a charity competition held to raise funding for a visit to Hexham by 14 children from Chernobyl. Uphill to the Sea is a full collection of his poetry.
