Speech Therapy is back with a nice new 2012 shine on it, it's made very unrealistic resolutions and is trying to shed the extra pounds from the hundred weight of mince pies it scoffed during the Christmas eat-a-thon.
Come and join Speech Therapy as it flexes its flabby muscles and introduces to the quirky Northern world of wordsmeister Zach Roddis!
A bit more about Zach: he first became interested in poetry after seeing the legendary John Cooper Clarke perform at a music festival. He studies English in Manchester, where he hosts his own spoken word night. He has been published in 'The Best of Manchester Poets Volume 2'.
As usual there will be an open mic for all comers (sign up at about 8pm to get a slot) and there will be the now legendary raffle. Also making a show of himself in public again, will be the (ahem) too handsome for words - MulletProofPoet. See you there.
