The poet Jeremy Reed's musical collaboration, the Ginger Light, is an attempt to blur the boundaries that exist between spoken word, music, sound design and song and, since forming last year, they have already performed regularly in central London.
In July '09, they headlined a sell-out poetry event at the ICA, have participated in the Serpentine Gallery poetry marathon alongside Brian Eno, Gilbert and George, among others, and have regularly performed at various venues such as the Horse Hospital, Bistroteque, Cabaret Futura, Dalston Superstore and the Irish Museum of Modern Art.
