Beatification is a new monthly night run by John G Hall, infamous beat poet.
Appearing:
Tony Walsh one of Manchester's finest poets & slam champion .
Sue Fox international photographer, writer, & lecturer currently
writing a transgressive novel on art, sex and dark minds.
Plus the usual Beat poetry film,open mic & DJ.. £2/3 admission
THE BEAT FILM is "POETRY IN MOTION"
featuting Amiri Baraka,Ted Berrigan,Charles Bukowski,
William Burroughs,John Cage,Diane di Prima,Allen Ginsberg,Michael McClure,Anne Waldman,Tom Waits,John Giorno and many more.
Beat poets film 7pm then at 8pm Music & poets, plus open mic & Bookstall
