Hi my name is Katie Wilson and I am a member of Stevenage Survivors, we are having a therapy day on 6th July from 10-4 at the friends meeting house which will include creative writing , meditation , art amongst other things .
Teas and coffees will be provided ( please bring a lunch ) or the town is nearby .
It’s FREE and from 10- 4 finishing off with an open mic
