National Poetry Day
To celebrate The Under Ground Theatre is devoting this Open Stage Night to the theme of LIGHT
As always performers of every genre are welcome on the Under Ground Stage. Songwriters and Poets are particularly welcome on this special occasion.
We aim to make this an entertaining and celebratory evening – but you cannot have light without dark so do bring along what ever you choose.
Performers crave an audience. Please come along to watch listen and enjoy.
To perform, just turn up on the night in good time to sign up for a slot.
The cafe-bar will be open throughout. As usual the Theatre will be set out in comfortable club-style, with the much loved circular tables.
Be prepared to be entertained, moved, and surprised by the unexpected.
