Back from a 2014 detour at the National Space Centre, the annual Vogon Poetry Slam is back in London!
Vogons are a race from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy who write the 3rd worst poetry in the galaxy and use it as a torture technique.
To those in the poetry scene this would be known as an 'anti-slam'. Bring your geekiest poetry (nerdcore!) and your worst poetry (vogon!) Let's Celebrate Towel Day in style! Be there, be square! Resistance is useless.
Bring your own bottle (there are corner shops and supermarkets nearby), bring some geeky/terrible poetry to slam, prepare for a bureaucratic nightmare with the voting.

The Big Green Bookshop is just off Turnpike Lane High Road. Nearest tube: Turnpike Lane.
Entry: £5 on the door. £4 if you're in costume or have your towel with you.
