Open Mic Event
The new-look live literature night Verbose is back on Monday 23 February, with award-winning writers Jenn Ashworth, Richard Hirst and Emma Jane Unsworth the confirmed invited readers. Salt Prize winner Sarah-Clare Conlon is the event’s host. Taking place on the fourth Monday of the month at Fallow café in Fallowfield, the event features performances by special guests, along with an open mic, when audience members are encouraged to take to the stage and read their prose and poetry.
