Manchester Library and Information Service and Flapjack Press present an evening of poetry commemorating World War One and modern day conflict.
With Anna Percy, Ben Mellor, Sarah Miller, Tony Curry and Gerry Potter.

Anna Percy is co-founder of Stirred, Manchester’s influential pro-feminist spoken word night.
Ben Mellor is a theatre-maker, educator and BBC Radio 4 Poetry Slam Champion.
Sarah Miller is a playwright and poet whose work focuses on family and her own experiences growing up in a shipbuilding town with a history of weapons manufacture.
Tony Curry is a poet, playwright, and founder of Manchester Men’s Health.
Gerry Potter is a favourite son of Manchester and his home town Liverpool, and both creator and destroyer of the infamous Chloe Poems.
