You may know him as the poet whose anti-bullying poem To This Day went viral on YouTube last year; or as the poet who popped up at the opening of the 2010 Winter Olympics. You may even have experienced the emotional rollercoaster-ride that constitutes one of his live performances.
However you know him, you’ll be excited to hear that Shane Koyczan is stopping off at Rich Mix for a rare, all-ages London show. The lad from Yellowknife, Canada, is now a major player on the world’s poetry stage – and it’s hard to think many writers who are so at home there.
