Once upon a time, a young poet called Ian Bowkett turned up in Kidderminster to take part in the open mic at monthly spoken word and music night, Mouth and Music. Organisers were so impressed by his stunning verbal agility that they invited him to come back and take centre stage. On Tuesday November 12th he will feature alongside highly entertaining Black Country band, The Dribblers. The evening starts at 8.00pm prompt, and open mic performers can sign up (admission free) from 7.30pm. Mouth and Music takes place on the second Tuesday of every month.
