Forest Poets presents: John Hegley, Tim Wells, Francesca Beard, and local boy Steve Mclean, with a DJ set by Tim. Tickets will sell like hot cakes. Buy now, buy now.

John Hegley has been described as the Spike Milligan for our time, and as 'awesomely mundane' by The Independent. Tim Wells was inspired to write poetry by Jason King (70s detective), and a life of panache and adventure, and the erly 80s Dancehall sound systems, with performs like Eek-A-Mouse. Francesca Beard has been described as 'witty and narcotic' by The Independent. She used to be in a band called Charlie Marlowe despite a dubious singing voice. Poet and comedian Steve Mclean has been troubling the poetry ranks since the mid-90s. He has an evil poem about Brian May. Please shout out for it.
