Thank you Emma, for your lovely comments on 'Languid running wild'...
Yes, it is specific to me, but my mind is always thinking of more than one thing when I write.

Hi Emma, it was lovely to meet you today at the workshop. I really like your poem, it's a wonderful climpse of life on a bus and strange things that happen. On reading several times, I feel that the first 5 stanzas are very strong, with lots of really lovely images which took me as the reader on a little journey. I particularly liked ' misgivings are loose change' and 'stars drop from zips left open'. really nice lines.

I feel that the last two stanzas are a little different from the rest of the poem and you use more abstract words like 'spiritual' and 'diversity' which i feel takes the intimacy and personal away from a poem, which up to that point was drawing me in. Of course these are only my comments and you may feel very differently.

Anyway, I'd love to read more of your work in the future.

Hi Emma - thanks for the lovely poem you left on the WOLOP blog - you should blog that one too! You just have to go back into mystic fairy and update it but putting WOLOP.dec in the tag at the bottom. It's not the end of the world if you can't do it. I'm sure people will be able to find it through the profile. Your comments are much appreciated. x

Hi Emma - thanks for printing your poem - it will do there. For future reference, all you have to do is go back to your original blogged poem, edit it and put WOLOP.nov or whatever month we are on, in the tag section, then press update. Your poem was nominated by another poet - I just collect the emails from people and publish the results - it was a good poem though. Hopefully you may like to get involved on the voting side next month - I am trying to drum up support. All you have to do is let me know your favourite December poem by 6th Jan. My email is farmoorgirl@yahoo.co.uk. I will send a reminder out on blogs beforehand though. Merry Christmas. x
