Cor blimey Chris, you're going back some there aren't you, with Cadence?! Haha! That must have been 2012! I seem to remember at the time I was suffering from a terrible chest infection, and there was a real danger of accidentally gobbing on the front row haha :D
Have a look at Jeff's new WOL venue - Bolton Socialist Club. It's a cracking little club, with some most excellent Fentiman's ginger beer :)
Anyway, no worries, beautiful poem and thoroughly deserving!

Chris, I was moved by the poem 'There are no dead.' I'll read all your other work now after that. This poem spoke to me about how history was once written by the victors and is now an instantly forged account by those who posses the technology. Great poem.

Chris, you are one of the poets on here that I always look forward to reading. I think you are a kindred spirit!

Thanks Chris, I love all things Schiele - such a beautiful soul and creator. The story around his mistress, Wally, breaks my heart. There is a collection of his letters that I have been trying to get hold of for a while.
Have you ever heard of a band called "Rachel's" (another favourite)? They put together a whole album for him. Beautiful music. Here is a snippet (if this link works)

A lucky chance that I stumbled across your work. Very impresssed by the depth of observation of places, of people, of all around you. Jealous of your skill with words.
Where can I find more of your work???

Love your stuff. Do I mis-remember (prob!) or have you published a book or got one on the go? I'll buy one if so! x

Incorrect Chris... for Onne is kissing and I am 'surprised'.
Do you perform your work?
If so, where could I catch this?
