Biography

I been writing since I was in 6th grade. They aren’t all good, they aren’t all bad. I decided to get back into it, I kind of lost myself along the way.

You’re gone but the love I have for you is pouring out the walls. Your words have stained the paint, “I’m sorry” & “I fucking love you” is written in red all over the place. I can’t escape you, I see the way you held me in the mirrors. I can still hear you breathe while I’m trying to sleep. These memories are destroying me but they’re the only reason why I haven’t burned this house to the ground, talk about irony. My mom keeps telling me that one day I won’t feel like this, that I can’t feel empty forever- But I bit forever from your lips & I licked it from your neck, right before I gave you everything I had left, right before you let me. I poured galaxies inside you but I was just another star to you. So yeah, I might feel empty forever but I’ll write books around this emptiness. I hope whoever you’re with now reads this & I become her favorite poet & my words make you sick to your stomach & you think of me every time you’re with her. In the meantime, I’ll use my fingertips to trace the lies that have stained my walls because it’s all that I have left & I know that this is just the beginning. You’ve taught me that love can’t always last, but sometimes it lingers.
