I knew it wouldn't last It wasn't meant to be I knew i was just imagining a future, i wanted for me I knew it wasn't real I knew it wasn't true There was never going to be, a me and you But there's nothing wrong with dreams Everyone has them i guess But when reality hits its not always the best As long as i stay strong My soul will be at rest I always keep the faith, so i know i'm blessed I tried my best to hate you, but i know i don't I wish one day you'd love me, but i know you wont I just want you to be happy And i wish myself happiness to My future will always be bright Regardless if it includes you! sharyne walcott-dixon
