My first Poem
The Magic Key One day I found a shiny key, It sparkled brightly next to a tree. I picked it up, not knowing why, But something told me, "Give it a try." The key was old, with a twist and turn, And in my heart, a fire did burn. Where does it fit? What does it unlock? I searched around, behind each rock. I wandered deep into the woods, Through quiet paths and tall green hoods. The trees whispered secrets, the wind softly sung, A song of magic, sweet and young. I found a door with a rusty lock, Hidden beneath a stone-made block. My hands shook, but my heart was bold, I knew this door held stories untold. I inserted the key with a click and a twist, The door creaked open, fog rolled in the mist. Inside was a room, glowing with light, A world of wonders, shining bright. There were books that talked, and stars that shone, Creatures that danced, and trees that had grown. A place where dreams could come alive, Where the impossible seemed to thrive. I stepped inside with eyes so wide, The magic around me filled me with pride. The air was thick with ancient lore, Every corner held something more. The sky above was felt quite real, A canvas painted with a surreal feel.> A river flowed with liquid gold, And every turn revealed stories untold. But then I awoke, with morning’s glow, The magic world was gone, but I know… The key is still with me, in my heart it stays, A secret adventure for future days. The magic lives inside of me, And through my dreams, it’s always free.
