Biography

I have been struggling with mental health issues with some time and writing poems has really helped me start to take slow steps to recovery.

Samples

I Need To Learn How to Swim Waves, Waves of Emotional Despair, As you are no longer There, You snatched my armbands away, not sure if I can keep floating each day. Waves, Waves of Self Hate, Because you are no longer my Mate, You acted as my lifeboat in my darkest hours, Now I am drowning in the pouring showers. Waves, Waves of an internal shift, Maybe I need to be the one to keep me adrift, I will aim to tackle the sea, so I can be a stronger me.
