To The Girl who waits By: Dean Decena We're happy back then Laughing out loud as if we don't have any burden And now you're crying in all of a sudden To the girl who waits, I apologise for what happened. We're lovers back then Going out together so often And now you're walking alone in a sudden To the girl who waits, don't condemn yourself for what happened. We're perfect back then Believing things would never be broken And now you're the only one maintaining what is uneven To the girl who waits, don't ruin your life for what happened. These were the truth back then But memories from now on Though I'm thankful, my perception got widen Caused you showed me the world more even To the girl who waits, I'm grateful for all that happened But I'm not worth waiting until your hair whitens.
