Biography

I write to inspire. I write to unwind. I write to discover. I write to make sense of this world. I want people to read my poems and think, "Wow, she understands what it's like."

Samples

Pile of Hopeful Dreams In the quiet corner Where the rocks meet the water Is a pile of hopeful dreams Scattered between the leaves The dirt The crevices of the rock Brought there by the ones With broken dreams With broken promises With broken hearts In the hope of being mended Consoled By the ones who know their pain Something about the quiet corner Where the rocks meet the water Something about the way the sun shines down On the sturdy rock That holds the ones with Broken dreams Broken promises Broken hearts One by one they come And sit down on that sturdy rock In the quiet corner Where the rocks meet the water None of them knowing Who was there before them But knowing they share the same pain So they scatter their hopeful dreams In one pile In the hope that together they will win.
