Fresh and new poet to the scene, in the span of one year I filled up two notebooks and countless posts of poetry and writing.

09/22/18 I’ve been thinking about us But what I realize is It’s only me You’ll never know my visions Of you in a ethereal, white dress Plain face, and natural hair Dancing around the room without a care We’d meet at the altar, i’d wait on you I would cry, and you would laugh Predicting my tears I’d vow my heart, and soul And you’d promise to cherish it so We would kiss- ignoring the cheers Only us We would share our first dance as one I’d sing softly in your ear You’d whisper dirty thoughts back It’s just who you are, I’d blush, it’s just who I am As the song would end, I’d dip you Only to bring you back up for a kiss… Yet, this is only me Thinking about you Thinking about us- together And maybe you will never know How I think about you.
