Eternal myth
A story of the past, knowledge for the present, a path for a beginning "'Tis a myth", the bards singing, "Dragons in thrones, devils in sins", Now where will this conquest begin. Should we start in a small town Or the kingdom where the king frowns The protagonist, a famished farmer Or the wealthy heir of a tyrant emperor Let the naive one be the victor. The story moves on though the message reaches the masses As the conquest carries a toll, Of courage, riches, death and mysteries untold He now stands at the edge of the world in completion of his conquest But left with nothing other than blood and gore so now raising a tempest. "Is he still alive", asks the little one To a wise man under the shades of the banian "'Tis a myth", the bards singing, "Dragons in thrones, devils in sins", "Sighs" the old man, says with a feeble grin "Now when will your journey begin".
