From comments that have been made to me over the past few days it seems there is a common misconception that 'Blogs' is all about posting poems.

In fact, when we first developed Blogs they were meant for people to blog about anything they liked - like any other blog. So it came as a bit of a surprise to find that people started using the facility to post poems. Nothing wrong in that, of course, we aren't prescriptive about what people put in blogs or how they use them so please don't criticise people for using blogs to post things other than poetry.

I'm afraid the stuff about selling clothing was put up by a spammer who gained entry to the site on three occasions earlier this week. Each time he was deleted but not before he managed to post some stuff - sorry about that.
