Open Mic Event

Contact: the-poetry-spoke@live.com

ThePoetry Spoke or 'Spoke' is an event that takes place on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

The event takes place at a beautiful private bar - used only for our event, open mic poets and guests.

We have open mic poetry that provides the opportunity for aspiring and veteran poets alike. All of which have the chance to win a £20 notable poem PRIZE at every one of our events!!!

Until this idea is stolen lol, we are and will be the ONLY open mic poetry event in the North West where poets have the chance of walking away £20 richer!

For a friendly inclusive atmosphere, great poetry, great music and entertainment; to go for it and read your own poems or perform a song to an appreciative audience....come along and join us.

As well as the open mic, we showcase some of the best poets and unplugged acoustic musician guests in the North-West. We book a guest poet and musician for each event.

Raffle: Private bar for you - our guests! Late Licence bar after event! If only the beer was free.

See you soon

Entry: Free - but contributions welcome

Time: 8:00pm
