A free evening of poetry and acoustic music in a warm and exciting atmosphere.
Featured performers include Lucy English and Bristol Folk group The Fauns as well as an open mic floor for poets and such to clamber on stage and do their thing.
Join us at the Leftbank Bar as rhyme, retort and revelations from Bristol’s finest performers, flood the airwaves with lyrical dexterity.
Amidst the raconteurs, expect to see Clayton Blizzard, Sarah Joy, Vid the beat-boxing legend, Samuel J, Kev the Poet and Juan Gabriel.
The event is free, but in true open mic style the hat will come round for supportive donations. All profits will go towards 'Help me, help freddy'(check out 'Help me help freddy' on our facebook page for more info).
