Join poet Seni Seneviratne for a workshop using family photos as a prompt for poetry
Starting with her process in writing her latest book, Unknown Soldier, about her father’s experiences in North Africa during the 1940-45 war. Seni Seneviratne will show some of the images from her family archive and talk through how she used them to write the final poems. followed by time for short writing exercises. Please bring a copy of a family photo that you might want to use as inspiration.
