One of the themes of the Wirral Borough of Culture 2019 is “Constellations” – described as “a series of awe-inspiring cultural events linked to the moon and stars to bring together communities across Wirral”.
Wirral Poetry Festival’s Stargazing celebration complements this theme with a recital of new and old poetry relating to the stars, the moon and the night sky by some of our most distinguished local poets with specially created musical interludes.
