Hannah Lowe and Outspoken Press launch her new chapbook, 'The Neighbourhood'. Written as part of her residency at Keats House, these poems explore how communities survive under extreme pressure, and how children negotiate the many meanings of neighbourhood. With guest readings from Outspoken poets Fran Lock and Anthony Anaxagorou and a Q&A with Hannah on her residency at Keats House.
