What does a Poet Laureate actually do? Find out in a new collection by Worcestershire poet, Heather Wastie. During her year as laureate, 2015-16, Heather wrote over forty poems. The best of these are combined with a selection of her other work in 'Don't Oil The Hinges', covering a range of subjects, from gherkins to gloves, football and rugby to carpets and clocks via the pub ghost and more serious pieces like How Do Wars Start?...
