Company of Words is an open mic where you're welcome to try out your latest poetry, prose and song in a very chill, fun and supportive environment or come and watch!
Bring your family and friends - everyone welcome!
Dress code: flamboyant!!
If you're reading.performing sign-ups are from 6pm (for 6.30pm start)

This month it's award winning #poet Christina Thatcher whose #poetry has featured in more than 40 publications including The London Magazine, Acumen, Planet Magazine, And Other Poems, The Interpreter’s House.
Her first collection, More than you were, was shortlisted in Bare Fiction's Debut Poetry Collection Competition in 2015 and published by Parthian Books in 2017 and you will also get a sneak preview of some of her new poems due to be published later on this year!

Our other guest is poet extraordinaire, writer and x-factor contestant Bryan Marshall. An accomplished musician, performance poet, #fiction writer and workshop facilitator, Bryan's work has been published in Thief Magazine, Lumen, Postcards and the Ghastling.

We ask for a £4 contribution to cover guest poets/performers and the venue.
This time we will be giving some of the proceeds to PAPYRUS a national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide.in memory of a very dear ffriend
