Against the Grain SLAM; It's poetry, amplified. Literally and figuratively.

What is a Slam I hear you cry! Performers get 3 minutes in each of the two rounds to perform a poem, the audience scores each performance out of ten and the winning slammer walks away with £35 and bragging rights, with 2nd place receiving £15 and still a fair amount of bragging rights.

THE RULES:

Each performer gets 3 minutes max, performers that exceed 3 minutes will be penalised points, over 3 1/2 minutes and we will eject you off stage!

No singing, music, or props.
